Please take a few moments to read our helpful hints to ensure your experience with us is as pleasurable as possible.


 
1. Please try to allow your pet to toilet before entering the salon.
 
2. Please inform us as you arrive if you have an appointment after the groom or have children to collect from school . Please note although we will give you a time to  collect your pet delays can sometimes be unavoidable, please feel free To wait in reception. 
 
3. If you would like us to care for your pet before and/or  after your appointment time we will do our best to accommodate you but please arrange this with us before you leave your pet.
 
4. Please ensure you are clear with instructions as to how you would like us to groom your pet during your consultation as you arrive. Please note if your pet is  matted and we  cannot groom them out without causing great discomfort we may have to clip the matts out, we will always try to inform you before hand and there may be an extra charge from £5 for very matted pets. We will be more than happy to advise you on the best methods to keep the coat from getting matted.
 
5. Where possible Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, after 1 missed appointment with less than 24 hours notice a £5 charge will be added to your next visit  
 
6. We accept cash, cheque, and card payment a £2.50 charge will be added to credit card payments.
